Conversations with my Dad - Cognitive Dissonance

I’ll get to my point in a round about way here… Here’s a little bit of back story first for those of you who may be new to this blog:  I have two brothers, both younger. I was the first to move away from home, years and years ago. Recently my youngest brother, Chris, left the society and my parent’s house and has moved in with me. The following is the touching and heartfelt story of a man who was raised as a Jehovah’s Witness. It is my pleasure to publish and share his story here.
And so, without any further ado, may I present: Brian.
“My story begins in the dawn of the 1980’s.  Vietnam was becoming a distant memory, Ronald Reagan was almost …

This just in from a senior member at JWD Forum:
I couldn’t help but get a kick out of it. I lived in fear of that word for too long and now it is a tribute to time and a lot of support over the years that I can actually post this and laugh about it!
Many thanks to the creator (of the image).
