As on of Jehovah’s Witnesses, I think that it was a great idea of the school to do such a thing. We are so often misunderstood when it comes to some of our beliefs and our kids do have a hard time at school because of it.
By doing this the school has opened up why we do what we do on some occasions with ore kids regarding school matters.

Why only Christmas? They should have also discussed why their children are excused from attending the flag ceremony and singing “God Save The Queen”.

Quite an irony that Jehovah’s Witnesses should give talks as part of a project meant to promote community cohesion. Aren’t they really assuming false pretenses? Aren’t they participating under the auspices of promoting inclusion, which witnesses don’t beleive in, to proselytize?

It’s a Christian school? JWs don’t go to Christian schools….. I was barely allowed to go to the YMCA to get my PE requirement when I was homeschooled lol…
