During my time of growing up we were told NOT TO ATTEND COLLEGE, and if you did you were looked apon as weak needing spirtial help and then your parents where brought before a elders. I did not attend college due to this this, and as stated before most JW do not have much money, we would told to give anything extra for donations, they have even stated in the back issue of the watchtower and awake that they will take stock, cd's etc. # 18 on this list is so true, I have a sister that is living proof that this happens.... So please before you make statements read, research and ask questions. One piece of advice dont tell anyone at the Kingsom Hall that you are asking, reading and checking if what they say is true or you will find out how true #18 is. A True Jehovah’s Witness would put Kingdom Interests first before getting ahead in the world. You said that your parents are encouraging you to be somebody in the world, do you mean Satan’s world? You better not let the Elders know about that, you could get marked or publicly reproved. The Watchtower Society has made it very clear that you should peddle pamphlets and recruit new members full-time instead of going to college. I pray for my sisters and my mother who are still there. That they come to realize the real truth. There is no love in that cult. Religion is not for me. The relationship with the Great I Am is what's important. I love You Jesus! LOL!!! That was too funny!!
